Refund and Billing Terms

1. Right to a refund
You may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days from the start date of your digital service subscription.
- If you have not used the service: full refund
- If you used it partially: pro-rated refund
- If you have consumed more than 50% of your quota: you lose the right to a refund
2. Pro-rated calculation
Monthly: (remaining_days / 30) x monthly_fee. Yearly: (remaining_months / 12) x yearly_fee.
3. Refund exceptions
- If the 14-day withdrawal period has expired
- If more than 50% of the quota has been consumed
- If the account is closed for an AUP violation
- If there is a fraudulent payment or chargeback claim
4. Refund timeline
