Acceptable Use Policy

Warning: Violating this policy may lead to suspension or termination of your account.
1. Prohibited content
- Phishing, fraud, identity-theft emails
- Spam (per ICANN definition, unsolicited bulk mail)
- Adult content (unless on the tenant allowlist)
- Promotion of illegal goods/services, copyright infringement
- Malware, viruses, exploit links
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) - IMMEDIATE shutdown + report to authorities
2. Mailing list rules
- Opt-in required: The recipient must have given explicit consent.
- Buying lists is prohibited
- Unsubscribe link is mandatory
- Sender identification: The From address must be genuine and identifiable.
3. Danger thresholds

4. Penalties
- 1st violation: Automatic warning + sending paused (24 hours).
- 2nd violation: 7-day suspension + manual review.
- 3rd violation: Account termination + abuse_listed.
5. Appeal
To appeal a suspension, write to info@inoslab.com.tr within 14 days.
